Business Development Manager – Tour Operator Partnerships
We are seeking a Business Development Manager specialized in Tour Operator Partnerships (or Strategic Partnerships / Travel Trade Sales Manager) to join our team.
Key qualifications include:
* Proven experience in selling travel-related services or technology to tour operators
* Experience working with companies such as Hotelbeds, TUI, W2M, Europ Assistance, Amadeus, TravelgateX, Viator
Ideal candidates will understand the B2B2C travel value chain (including inventory, commission models, ancillary revenue) and have a background working with mid- to large-sized tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, and traditional travel trade partners.
Preferred regional experience includes outbound travel from: Europe, LATAM, MENA, or Asia.
Essential skills:
* Strong relationship-building skills with product, contracting, and commercial teams
* Experience with XML/API integrations, ancillary upselling, and value-added service packaging
* Ability to pitch solutions that enhance the end-user (traveler) experience while driving partner revenue
Location & Language:
* Based in Europe, LATAM, or MENA
* Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German are advantageous depending on the region
