Job Purpose
The successful candidate will drive the execution of the partnership strategy set by the HR & Payroll Practice, including contracting, procurement, stakeholder engagement, and market analysis to enhance business growth through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify market opportunities and industry trends.
* Raise awareness internally and externally about partner ecosystem evolutions.
* Create high satisfaction through quality work and insights.
* Lead contractual negotiations and execute partner agreements.
* Report on initiative progress, aligning with HRP Practice vision.
* Develop and implement communication strategies for partnership developments.
* Collaborate with other business units for integrated service delivery.
* Identify potential roadblocks and suggest solutions.
Key Qualifications:

* Experience managing external partners and relations.
* Knowledge of partnership models and recommendations for their application.
* Strong English skills; additional language skills are a plus.
