We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with at least 3 years of experience managing the full accounts payable cycle. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, capable of handling a high volume of invoices while ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Process, verify, and record domestic and international supplier invoices.
* Manage payments and bank reconciliations.
* Review discrepancies and resolve supplier issues.
* Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
* Collaborate with the purchasing department and other teams to ensure correct expense allocation.
* Prepare periodic accounts payable and cash flow reports.
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal procedures.
Requirements
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar roles.
* Strong knowledge of the full supplier cycle.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
* Intermediate/advanced English (additional languages are a plus). xohynlm
