The position works closely with senior HR leadership and plays a key role in ensuring compliant, accurate and timely payroll across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the United States, running payroll internally using ADP
* Coordinate European payroll processes in collaboration with external payroll providers and local accountants
* Prepare, validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance and data integrity
* Manage bonuses, incentives, benefits contributions, deductions and statutory payments
* Support year-end payroll activities, audits and compliance reporting across regions
* Act as a key point of contact for employee payroll-related questions and escalations
* Produce payroll reports and analysis using advanced Excel
* Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
* Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls and workflows
