About the Role As a Quality Assurance Specialist II, you'll maintain quality systems, manage documentation, and support customer and regulatory requests. You'll collaborate across teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Where You'll Make a Difference
Maintain SAP material master data and product documentation.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and questionnaires.
Support regulatory and quality documentation systems.
Assist with product registrations, deviations, and change requests.
Contribute to quality databases and process improvements.
Collaborate with general teams across QA, Supply Chain, and Regulatory.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Degree in business or technical field, preferably with QA/QC experience.
Proficient in SAP, LIMS, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and technical writing skills.
Knowledge of biotechnology, fermentation, and regulatory frameworks.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
How Would You Stand Out?
Experience in customer quality documentation and support.
Ability to train and guide regional QA staff.
Proven involvement in cross-functional projects and meetings.
