Compliance & Sustainability Reporting Manager Overview

Portik is the leading property management company in Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Mexico, with more than 600,000 properties under management. In 2025, Portik joined forces with Odevo, an international group with over 10,000 employees and 2.2 million homes under management. Portik is seeking a Compliance & Sustainability Reporting Manager to implement, supervise, and continuously improve Compliance and Sustainability policies across all geographies, aligning local practices with international standards and Odevo guidelines.

You will be responsible for local implementation of Group policies and frameworks;
monitoring and data controls;
ensuring high-quality non-financial reporting;
and driving operationaldecarbonisation and responsible business practices. This strategic role offers international exposure and the opportunity to shape Portik’s Compliance & Sustainability strategy from the ground up, collaborating with Odevo’s team across four countries.

Reporting to Portik’s Chief People Officer.

Main Responsibilities

Compliance:

* Design, establish, implement and maintain the Compliance Program in coordination with Odevo.
* Ensure regulatory compliance (data protection, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, corporate ethics, etc.) across countries.
* Develop and deliver Compliance training for employees and managers.
* Oversee whistleblowing channels and manage internal investigations.
* Coordinate with external legal advisors when necessary.
* Monitor regulatory changes in each geography and ensure their implementation.
* Provide reports to senior management, board of directors and Odevo.

Sustainability Reporting:

* Define and execute Portik’s ESG strategy, aligned with Odevo’s global objectives.
* Establish KPIs and sustainability metrics to track progress and performance.
* Prepare ESG and sustainability reports in line with national and international standards and regulations such as CSRD.
* Drive initiatives on carbon footprint reduction, diversity & inclusion, social responsibility, and ethical governance.
* Coordinate local sustainability initiatives under a unified global vision.
* Ensure accurate and timely non-financial reporting for Group consolidation.
* Maintain data integrity and internal controls to meet audit and assurance requirements.
* Support readiness for CSRD and EU Taxonomy compliance.
Who you are

We are seeking a dynamic leader who excels in transversal leadership, capable of guiding teams across various functions to achieve unified goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical thinking skills, enabling data-driven decisions. Clear communication is essential to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. You should be able to influence and inspire others, driving them toward shared objectives. Experience implementing change within complex environments is crucial for smooth transitions and successful outcomes.

Requirements
* Degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations or similar. Master’s in Compliance or Sustainability will be valued.
* At least 5 years in Compliance, Sustainability or Audit roles in international companies or consultancy.
* Proven knowledge of anti-corruption regulations, GDPR, criminal compliance, sustainability reporting standards (GRI, CSRD, CSDDD, GHG, etc.).
* Fluent English (C1–C2) required. Spanish native or advanced. Portuguese/Italian are a plus.
* Availability to travel both nationally and internationally.

Location: Hybrid, Madrid – based at our corporate office in Las Rozas (with international scope: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Mexico)
