We are looking for a Sourcing Lead for the Americas to build, scale, and manage high-volume sourcing pipelines across the region.
You will lead a team of 6 sourcing specialists, ensuring consistent delivery of qualified contributors, while driving sourcing strategy using a data-driven, marketing-oriented approach.
This is not a traditional recruiting role. It is a growth-focused position at the intersection of talent sourcing, user acquisition and market intelligence, supporting AI data and localization projects.
Key responsibilities1. Team leadership & performance management
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 sourcing specialists
Set clear KPIs (volume, conversion rates, efficiency)
Monitor performance and ensure accountability
Build a high-output, data-driven team culture
2. Own high-volume talent supply
Build and maintain always-on sourcing pipelines
Deliver consistent weekly volumes of qualified candidates
Ensure long-term scalability (not campaign-based sourcing)
3. Growth & channel strategy
Design sourcing strategies using a performance marketing mindset
Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels:
Job boards
Communities
Paid campaigns
Partnerships
Referral programs
Others
Optimize continuously for:
Cost per acquisition (CPA)
Conversion rates
Channel scalability
Run experiments (A/B testing, messaging, targeting)
4. Audience & market insights
Analyze and segment target audiences across the Americas
Adapt sourcing strategies to local behaviors, platforms, and languages
Apply market research principles to improve targeting and engagement
5. Funnel ownership & optimization
Own the full funnel:
Traffic → Application → Activation
Identify bottlenecks and improve conversion through:
Messaging
UX
Localization
6. Data-driven execution
Track and report on:
Weekly candidate volume
Funnel conversion rates
Channel performance
Translate insights into actionable improvements
7. Cross-functional collaboration
Work with:
Marketing (campaigns & paid acquisition)
Recruitment (activation & retention)
Project teams (demand planning)
Working hours & availability
Primary working hours: Standard EU hours
Flexibility required to occasionally work out-of-hours (OOH) to support the Americas region
RequirementsMust-have
Experience managing a recruitment/sourcing team in a performance-driven environment
Background in marketing, growth, or market research
Proven ability to:
Build and scale acquisition funnels
Optimize conversion and performance metrics
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Ability to combine strategy with hands‐on execution
Preferred (not mandatory)
Experience in high-volume recruitment or sourcing environments (e.G., BPO, gig platforms, large-scale hiring)
Experience in:
Crowdsourcing / marketplaces / gig economy
Performance marketing or user acquisition
Exposure to multi-country sourcing or international markets
