Service director iberia – olive oil center of excellence

Responsibilities / Tasks

Service Leadership and Strategy

1. Steer and coordinate all Pure Flow Processing service activities related to Olive Oil applications across Iberia.
2. Promote and implement initiatives aimed at strengthening and improving the service business.
3. Define, align, monitor and take ownership of Service P&L, KPIs, processes, standards, methods and tools, in coordination with the Director Separators Service – Iberia & PFP Division Representative and the Country Service Representative.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

4. Work closely with the Head of Sales to steer and support commercial activities within Iberia.
5. Act as a key interface between customers, production and sales teams for orders requiring cross‑department coordination.
6. Foster collaboration across all GEA divisions and functional areas.

Team Leadership

7. Lead, develop and manage the Iberia Service Team.
8. Encourage a culture of best‑practice sharing, service excellence, continuous improvement and innovation.

Market & Business Excellence

9. Actively monitor market and competitor trends.
10. Drive adoption of state‑of‑the‑art service processes, including cross-selling initiatives.
11. Promote continuous improvement to enhance both customer satisfaction and internal performance.

Your Profile / Qualifications

12. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
13. At least 5 years of leadership experience in service-related roles.
14. Proven experience managing a service organization.
15. Deep knowledge of state‑of‑the‑art service processes, methods and tools.
16. Demonstrable experience developing and executing service strategies that improved profitability.
17. Fluent Spanish (mandatory) and proficient English.
