Our team is managing the Field Direct Business Operational management at ww level, supporting the market operations, leading the operational management, and ensuring strong global tools and metrics.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Global Field and Channel Organization as a Global data analyst. This key position is integral to our organization's success, as it involves collaborating with Field Markets Data analyst experts across the organization, project management and RnA organization to ensure a strong global measurement environment.
Within this role, you need to have a strong knowledge on the data available as well as the tools to extract it, as you will lead the global metric logic discussions (from analyzing different options and harmonizing best solution at integral level, to supporting RnA implementation), you will test or pilot the more complex requests (validation prior implementation), support the management in adhoc requirements, and you will support the whole field direct organization (with tools, processes, training ) to perform adhoc analytics as needed.
The role guides innovative solutions and influences internal client strategies with a strong grasp of information technology. The role leads the creation of solution designs, fosters relationships for scope management, and presents findings to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the field global metric logic discussion:
- Defining and analyzing different options
- Harmonizing and finetuning best solution at global level.
- Supporting RnA implementation
- Support ad hoc requests from management to deep dive on specific topics. Leads business studies, presenting their results to the senior management.
- Define the best portfolio of ad hoc analytic tools needed for the team, implement them and support the team management of change.

ensure alignment, understanding and controls.
- Communication and Documentation capabilities -Strong communication capabilities to report up to different levels of the organization and provide recommendations on pathforward.

Education (degree) and professional experience required:
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or any other related discipline.
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in analytics, data science, or a related field.
Skills and Experiences:
- Project Management/Leadership capabilities - lead cross teams through the framework to ensure alignment, understanding and controls.
- Business intelligence capabilities - From data availability, to analysis and visualization, from IC to executive needs.
