COSCO Shipping Lines (Spain) S.A. is seeking for a Warehouse Assistant (m/f/d) to join the supply chain department in Barcelona or Valencia.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks
- Coordinate and support daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock control records
- Organize and coordinate transport activities related to warehouse operations
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Identify potential stock issues proactively and implement preventive solutions
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and operational standards
Requirements
- First experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics coordination is an advantage
- Strong ability to anticipate and resolve potential stock and supply issues proactively
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
