Role OverviewBusiness Development Representative (BDR) at Anteriad focuses on generating leads in Australia and New Zealand by calling IT managers, gathering relevant IT information, and setting up meetings for our client sales teams. Work involves a four‑week onboarding process, early‑morning hours, and an uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities- Contact companies in Australia and New Zealand via phone; communicate with IT managers.
- Gather relevant IT‑related information and qualify prospects.
- Generate qualified leads for client sales representatives.
- Participate in Warm Handover™ process with client sales experts.
Qualifications- Native English speaker.
- High proficiency in another European language desirable.
- Prior experience in a phone‑based role.
- Target‑driven mentality with a can‑do attitude.
- Legal right to work full‑time in Spain and reside in the Madrid Region.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
Working Conditions- Early‑morning shift: 5:00‑11:00am, Monday‑Friday.
- Full‑time contract (30hours per week).
- On‑site work in Las Rozas during onboarding; thereafter hybrid with remote and two Fridays per month on site.
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: €1,780/month (approx. €21,390/year).
- Uncapped commission system; commission per lead increases with volume.
