Be the first and main contact point for Cloud technology customers - small and medium businesses.
Leverage social digital video chat, phone, and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers.
Contact 200 leads and create 30 opportunities per month; maintain high daily activity minimum 60-90 activities/day.
Determine customers' needs and identify opportunities, deliver a strong first impression, and set the foundation for long-term customer relationships by delivering a world-class customer engagement experience.
Quarterback sales from lead to purchase, leading the sales strategy and maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
Turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by applying relevant criteria e.g., BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline).
Forecast sales pipeline and usage of the products and solutions in scope.
Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business: Voice of Customer.
REQUIREMENTS :
* Intermediate or fluent English (verbal and written); fluent or native German (verbal and written).
* 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
* Minimum 1 year of IT industry experience and general knowledge of the IT industry.
* High school diploma required; a BA / 4-year degree would be an advantage.
* Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
* Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions would be an advantage.
* Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure / Modern Workplace / BizApps would be an advantage.
* Ability to work independently, drive personal performance, take ownership of training and skill enhancement, and seek continuous quality improvement.
* Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal business communication skills. Ability to communicate successfully via phone (cold calling and established relationships), email, video, and presentations.
* Achievement- and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross-business collaboration.
* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications, Windows OS, and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.
* Passion for cloud technologies and changing the world.
