Your mission is to identify and engage potential clients in the EMEA market, leading the sales process from initial contact to closing. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships while sharing valuable market and product insights to support your team and other departments.As an Account Executive, your responsibilities include:
Leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Engaging inbound (CRM) and outbound leads (mainly marketing agencies and SaaS companies) via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.Scheduling and conducting tailored product demos and guiding prospects through the trial activation phase.Accurately tracking and updating CRM records, tasks, and pipeline progress, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying improvement opportunities.Meeting or exceeding revenue targets monthly and annually.Maintaining client relationships through proactive follow-ups, upsell opportunities, and ensuring satisfaction.Documenting blockers, insights, and questions to refine messaging and sales operations.Additionally, you will:
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support, Product, and Tech teams to align strategies and share feedback.Participate actively in team meetings to exchange insights and optimize workflows.Help improve sales processes, contributing to a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.On your first days at Metricool, you will understand your impact on the team and learn about industry and processes. Over the first quarter, you will work autonomously, share ideas, and reach lead and revenue goals. Ultimately, you will become an active team member and a reference in your markets and sales strategies.Job requirements include:
Based in Spain.1-3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.Knowledge of markets in France, Germany, or Portugal.Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is valued.Fluent in French, German, or Portuguese, with advanced English and Spanish skills.Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.G., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).Experience managing hybrid pipelines and data analysis skills.Familiarity with SaaS, social media tools, or marketing agencies is a plus.Excellent communication, resilience, self-motivation, and proactive attitude.Why you'll love Metricool:
