Currently, we are working with a distinguished multinational company in the machinary equipment sector, expanding its operations in Spain, based in the Barcelona metropolitan area, to find a visionary Trade Marketing Manager.
Role Overview
This position requires a strategic and analytical thinker ready to contribute to marketing operations and facilitate growth within the B2C & B2B market. The successful candidate will oversee marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's global objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and implement comprehensive strategies that include digital media, offline campaigns, events, public relations, and content.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to optimize product availability, shelf space, and visibility.
* Plan and execute trade promotions and in-store activations aligned with brand objectives and consumer trends.
* Assess pricing strategies for promotions to ensure competitive positioning.
* Develop and manage loyalty programs to strengthen wholesaler relationships, drive continuous activity and boost order volumes.
* Analyze sellout data and in-market sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Monitor competitors' activities, industry trends, and consumer behavior to maintain a competitive edge.
* Development, planning and supervision of new product launch projects.
* Develop and implement point-of-sale activation plans, maximizing product visibility and boosting sales.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing 360 roles, within the industrial, real estate, consumer goods industry or related, focused on Trade Marketing responsibilities.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis tools.
* Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
* Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish.
