About the role:
Assist the Controller in the elaboration of the accounting obligations, according to company policies and applicable law to reflect a true image.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Assist the Controller during the month-end closings.
2. Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
3. Manage Fixed Assets.
4. Help in tax returns preparation.
5. Analyze the monthly expense variance versus budget and forecasts.
6. Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
7. Collaborate with Controller in all ad hoc requirements from Management and in the Monthly Operating Review preparing adhoc reports about business activity.
What you’ll need:
1. General Accounting.
2. Organization, accuracy and timeliness.
3. Time flexibility required to cover peaks at month-end closing and for ad-hoc tasks.
4. Knowledge of Oracle.
5. Teamwork spirit, proactive and positive attitude and quick learner.
6. Good knowledge of Excel.
7. Fluent English is needed (German or French is a nice to have).
