Our client is an international company in the financial services sector, with offices in the center of Madrid.
Responsibilities
*
* Perform front of house duties such as welcoming visitors and screening and directing phone calls.
* Day‑to‑day running of the office, liaising with suppliers and service providers accordingly (order, receive, check invoices with actuals, manage cleaning company)
* Proactive and extensive diary coordination
* Travel management planning and coordination (multiple schedules and time zones), accommodation, transfers, door‑to‑door itineraries – primarily for one Partner and team members
* Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and video conferences
* Traditional support and administrative duties, including expense processing (SAP Concur system), meeting and document preparation and any further ad‑hoc requests.
* Manage office and kitchen supplies, the meeting rooms and common areas to ensure all remain clean and organised
* Organise / coordinate team and office events

* Interactions across the Group, liaising with various teams and levels of seniority
