With a growing European footprint and an expanding defence and government portfolio, this role supports the delivery of resilient connectivity and positioning, navigation, and timing capabilities for mission-critical platforms across NATO and allied operations.
About the Role:
This is a strategic opportunity to lead business development for a cutting-edge defence PNT division, targeting high-priority engagements with the UK Ministry of Defence, NATO, and selected European Ministries of Defence. You'll manage the full BD lifecycle, from early engagement to contract award, across nations including Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. A new product has sparked significant regional demand, offering immediate traction.
* Play a leading role in shaping defence engagement across NATO-aligned nations.
* Leverage a brand-new product gaining strong traction in Eastern and Northern Europe.
* Be part of a globally expanding PNT unit with clear strategic vision and high-level backing.
To Be Successful, You’ll Need:
* A strong background working within MOD and NATO defence environments.
* A solid technical foundation in PNT, navigation systems, or communications.
* The ability to engage strategically with government clients and major prime contractors.
* Ability to speak English fluently
