We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and collaborate with a multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and resolve customer issues, including troubleshooting, event management, and other technical support tasks.
* Track key demands and bugs for customers; cooperate with the product team to optimize products.
* Use Alibaba Cloud inspection and diagnosis tools to help customers mitigate risks in critical systems and maintain system stability.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related fields.
* Experience in cloud computing or IT industry, with background in DevOps, service support, or solution architecture.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues; familiar with cloud architecture optimization and industry-specific solutions.
* Knowledge of Linux/Windows OS, computer networks, TCP/IP, packet analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
* Hands-on experience with network latency, packet loss, CDN, and SLB products.
* Strong support skills in system and network domains.
* Proficiency in Chinese and English as working languages.
* Availability for on-call duties during non-working hours, with time off in lieu.
