You Bring
* Minimum 5 years in venture capital investor relations or fundraising
* At least 8 years in crypto, blockchain, or Web3 ecosystem
* Strong financial background or academic education in finance/economics
* Proven track record of successful fundraising and LP relationship management
* A wide and active network of institutional and individual investors
* Deep understanding of institutional investor dynamics
* Experience with IR strategy, fundraising cycles, and LP diligence
* Fluency in investor materials and reporting
