Job Description Summary
Based in San Agustin del Guadalix, Madrid, this position provides high‑level generalist HR support in Iberia and strategy execution focused on the Commercial Organization and supporting functions. The HRBP reports to the Director HR Iberia and works closely with the HR Shared Service Centre (ASC), other Manufacturing HR Business Partners, and the Centre of Excellence (CoE) to ensure an outstanding experience for associates and managers.
Role Purpose
Partner with relevant management teams to develop and implement medium‑to‑long‑term people solutions aligned with business strategy. Assist with complex or sensitive day‑to‑day people issues. Act as a people champion and point of contact for all people‑related matters within the business, ensuring associates remain a priority on the business agenda. Contribute to regional initiatives and collaborate on the design and integration of HR processes, practices, programmes, and initiatives that support individual and company success.

Qualifications
* BS/BA in HR Management or related field;
MBA/Masters in HR or equivalent and/or coaching certification is a plus.
* 5 years professional HR experience requiring change management.
* Experience working with CoE and Shared Service Centres and implementing talent management and people development programmes.
* Experience in mid‑/large‑matrixed organisations is preferred.
* Working knowledge of all HR fields including talent acquisition, retention, reward & recognition, development, succession planning, organisational design, and employee relations.
* Proficient in Spanish and English.
Salary Range
EUR 60,000 – 77,000 per annum (or €57,500 – 92,000 EUR annually depending on location).
