Requirements for the candidate :
* 2+ years of experience in affiliate networks or the advertising industry
* Strong knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPS, Revenue Share, EPC, ROI metrics
* Hands-on experience with top tracking solutions like HasOffers, Affise, Cake or in-house platforms
* Background in iGaming or betting verticals
* A passion for attending and learning from the biggest industry conferences
* Strong self-organization and self-motivation to drive results
* B2-level English and Ukrainian
Responsibilities :
* Find and engage new partnerships for ensuring long-term success
* Support and retain existing partners to maximize LTV
* Set up and adjust tracking for offers / campaigns
* Monitor and optimize affiliate performance daily
* Control traffic quality and approve partner payouts
* Be proactive and bring new solutions and ideas – we truly value initiative at Centro Team
