ABOUT THE ROLE
The Pre-Sales Specialist plays a key role in driving commercial activity by generating qualified sales meetings for Partners at an international level. This role has a strong focus on outbound strategy execution, commercial campaigns, and direct support to Partners to ensure a consistent and high-quality flow of meetings.
In addition, the Pre-Sales Specialist will take ownership of internal cross-functional initiatives and committees (e.g. Legal, Infrastructure, Middle East), acting as a coordination point and driving progress across stakeholders.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Outbound & Meeting Generation
* Design and execute outbound commercial strategies to generate qualified meetings for Partners across international markets.
* Research and identify target companies, decision-makers, and key stakeholders aligned with commercial priorities.
* Launch, manage, and optimize outbound email and multi-channel campaigns.
* Actively follow up on campaigns to maximize meeting conversion and closure.
* Track results and continuously refine messaging, targeting, and approach.
Sales Support & Pre-Sales Activities
* Prepare commercial agendas and briefing materials for sales meetings.
* Develop Pre-Sales reports with relevant insights on target companies, sectors, and stakeholders.
* Coordinate scheduling of meetings and appointments for Partners.
* Prepare and maintain sales materials, presentations, and proposals as needed.
Committee & Initiative Leadership
* Take ownership of internal committees and strategic initiatives (e.g. Legal, Infrastructure, Middle East).
* Coordinate stakeholders, organize meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure progress against objectives.
* Act as a bridge between Partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
* Proactive and resourceful.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* MS Office Suite
* Familiarity with sales automation tools is a plus. (Zoominfo, reply)
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Spanish as native language and fluent English
