THE OPPORTUNITY: We are looking for a KAM - Value Channel to join our Retail Sales team at our Barcelona (Viladecans) headquarters. You will support the sales team in managing assigned accounts within the Ice Cream category, developing the channel plan, and implementing and optimizing the strategy across the category. YOUR CONTRIBUTION: Prepare and lead customer meetings, ensuring follow-up and achievement of objectives. Collaborate in the definition of customer plans. Ensure flawless execution of these plans by coordinating with Planning, Customer Service, Customer Finance, Trade, and other key stakeholders. Monitor daily sales and stock levels. Analyze financial and market data to identify opportunities and risks. Coordinate with the international team to align strategies and share best practices. Manage product assortments. Co-lead the eCommerce strategy and plans together with the Digital team. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within Go-To-Market environments. A proactive mindset with strong initiative, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and interact effectively at different levels of the organization, and strong customer empathy. High analytical capability, including market and financial data analysis, as well as P&L understanding. Strategic thinking and sound decision-making skills. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) and strong PowerPoint proficiency. High level of English.
