SALES DIRECTOR EMEA (Based in Madrid)
She/He will drive commercial growth and strengthen its market position across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Responsibilities:
Define and implement business development strategies within the transport infrastructure technology and innovation domain.
Identify, structure, and consolidate strategic alliances with key industry stakeholders across the EMEA region.
Manage complex public and private tendering processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and technical standards.
Lead commercial team, negotiations with suppliers, partners, and institutional clients to maximize strategic and operational outcomes.
Guide consultative sales processes with a focus on tailored engineering and technology solutions for transport infrastructure environments.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape value propositions and support project implementation phases.
Pofile:
University degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in consultative sales, technical services, and business development within transport infrastructure technology sectors (other sectors will also be considered).
Proven track record in managing tenders, negotiating contracts, and developing strategic international alliances.
Demonstrated experience in building, leading, and developing commercial teams, agents, and representation networks.
Strong integral mindset, with excellent intercultural communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages will be considered an asset.
Availability to be based in Madrid, with flexibility for international travel.
