Role Description KECH Development is seeking a Real Estate Analyst Intern to join our Eixample, Barcelona office .
This is a fully on-site internship (no remote or hybrid option), designed for university students who want hands-on experience in real estate analysis, valuation, and appraisal report writing within a professional private equity environment.
This role is ideal for students interested in real estate, finance, valuation, private equity, investment analysis, or related fields.
Interns will gain practical experience in writing appraisal reports, conducting market research, and learning how to value properties, providing a strong foundation for future opportunities in private equity, real estate investment, valuation, and acquisitions.
This opportunity will begin as an academic credit internship and is intended to convert into a paid internship after 2 full months of training, based on performance and business needs.
