To support the successful implementation of our business goals, you will collaborate closely with European and Global teams, including sales, marketing. You will report to the Head of Technical Service Europe. The role is based in Spain, and we are very flexible on location.

Your home office should have good connectivity to a European airport. In this role, you’ll contribute by: Supporting with Technical expertise the development of our animal monogastric enzyme business in Iberia (Spain & Portugal). Portfolio might expand in the near future to Direct Feed Microbials.

Assisting in mapping and prioritizing opportunities across the region.
\n
Helping to implement our commercial development strategy through product technical support and exclusive range of service deployment.
\n
Building relationships with key stakeholders in the industry and University.
\n
Representing Novonesis at selected events, trade shows, and conferences.Key responsibilities: Work closely with commercial team, to provide technical assistance to direct customers and prospects on how to best use Novonesis enzymes in feed formulation for Swine and Poultry (formulation, reformulation, least cost feed formulation) Visit account and leads for relevant activities including education, training, and interpretation of research to continually improve knowledge about the benefits of Novonesis enzyme portfolio.

Promote Novonesis range of services for Enzyme at the customer level with the purpose to reach a solid implementation of our offer* Be in contact with the relevant CRO in the country lead the development and implementation of trial protocols, monitor Novonesis research studies, provide reports to the regional and general Technical Teams* Align initiatives with the regional technical team to leverage synergies and sales team to meet the overall sales goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, marketing on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to expand/enhance our brand portfolio and recognition.
\n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key pigs and poultry stakeholders and KOLs in Spain and Portugal animal health and feed industry.
\n
Survey and provide feedbacks about competition, movements and strategies including prices, local advertisement and services in in the Iberia region.
\n
Staying informed about relevant regulatory requirements in the country and ensuring compliance with local regulations.Requirements: Master in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine with an extensive knowledge of primarily swine and then poultry nutrition* 7-10 years of business experience in the feed industry sector* Expert in Monogastric Nutrition and Formulation (main specie Swine additional specie Poultry) High technical skills with commercial understanding of customer needs Having a successful track record in solution selling of additives for animal nutrition and health* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills – able to build trust and credibility internally and externally* Fluent in both Spanish and EnglishPersonal/behavioural skills: A team player, who always works with integrity, honesty and professionalism* Collaborative mindset, to best utilize our diverse expertise* High level of autonomy and organization* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details and curiosityPlease note: The position can be home office based in Spain or at one of our locations in Spain.
