EF Malaga is looking for an energetic and caring homestay coordinator. The successful candidate will join our Housing Department under the supervision of our Housing & Admin Manager. This is a full-time permanent position Key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to:
1. Providing students with quality accommodation service throughout their stay.
2. Daily administrative tasks regarding to student's accomidation and travel
3. Assessing student satisfaction during their stay.
4. Handling any issue related to student welfare.
5. Working directly with students and host families to problem solve, manage crisis, and help students acclimate to their new environment.
6. Communicating issues with internal team members
7. Enforce school rules and policies at the residences and host families
8. Managing student discipline issues
9. Share emergency on-call duties with other permanent school staff.
Requirements Priority consideration will be given to candidates with experience in hospitality or education industry.
10. Working Fluency in Spanish (C1)
11. Full Fluency in English
12. A third language is a strong plus!
13. 2-3 years of working experience in similar or related field
14. Target-driven person who knows how to work under pressure
15. Excellent communication and organizational skills
16. Patience, flexibility, and strong conflict resolution skills
17. Positive attitude with empathy for others
18. Comfort with a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
19. International experience preferred
