We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Specialist to support our operational excellence and continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and professional customer support via Email and Live Chat (Crisp).
Collaborate with the back-office team to manage the full lifecycle of new orders using Airtable.
Serve as the primary communication liaison between our customers and partner brands to ensure clarity and transparency.
Assist in managing daily operations to drive efficiency and support team objectives.

Qualifications:
Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in German and professional working proficiency in English (C1) are mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
Location: Must be based in any European country and fully equipped for remote work.
Experience: Proven experience in customer support, sales operations, or a similar role. Proficiency with business tools like Airtable is highly desirable.
