Job DescriptionWe are looking for a high‐impact, execution‐driven Expansion Project Manager to join our Global Expansion team.

Reporting directly to the Global Expansion Director, you will take ownership of the entire Expansion project portfolio, ensuring that our most strategic initiatives are well‐scoped, rigorously executed, and deliver measurable revenue impact.

This role sits at the heart of Expansion strategy and execution. You will act as the PMO and strategic backbone of the function, while also directly leading selected high‐impact projects across analytics, product development, process optimisation, and go‐to‐market improvements.

Beyond project delivery, you will co‐own the Expansion budget performance, ensuring we hit our MRR targets across expansion products, pricing initiatives or efficiency improvements.

This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys turning strategy into execution, and wants visible impact on revenue at a global scale.

In this role, you will contribute by

Owning the Expansion Project Portfolio (PMO & Strategic Backbone)

Structure and prioritise the full portfolio of expansion initiatives

Define clear scoping, objectives, KPIs, impact sizing and timelines

Estimate business impact and validate expected ROI of initiatives

Monitor progress, identify risks and ensure on‐time, high‐quality delivery

Drive accountability across stakeholders and markets

Ensure initiatives are not only delivered, but effectively implemented and embedded locally

Provide strategic input on initiative design, sequencing and trade‐offs

Directly lead high‐impact strategic projects end‐to‐end

Examples of projects may include

Advanced analytics initiatives (e.G., Next‐Best‐Action model) in close collaboration with Data Science and BI

Development and rollout of new expansion products in partnership with Product teams

Cross‐market process improvements to increase local team effectiveness

Implementation of dashboards and performance tracking frameworks

Pricing and packaging optimisation initiatives

You will

Align cross‐functional stakeholders (Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, local markets)

Translate analytical insights into concrete execution plans

Drive structured problem‐solving

Ensure measurable revenue impact

Co‐own Expansion Budget & Performance Delivery

Ensuring we deliver our Expansion revenue targets

Monitor performance across expansion products (e.G., First Class, Media360, Noa Notes), price increases, package upsells and other core revenue levers

Monitor key sales funnel and pipeline metrics to ensure we are on track to deliver the budget, identify and escape delivery risks

Track KPIs and proactively identify gaps to target

Drive corrective actions when performance deviates from plan

Support forecasting and semi‐financial modelling

Identify structural bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions

How do we define success in this position?

Expansion budget is delivered in line with (or above) targets

Expansion initiatives are clearly scoped, prioritised and delivered on time

Strategic projects generate measurable MRR impact

Portfolio visibility and governance significantly improve

Stakeholders consider you as a structured, high‐ownership problem solver

LocationThis is a remote‐first role. You can work from any of our global offices (e.G., Warsaw, Barcelona, Mexico City, Curitiba, Rome).

QualificationsWhat makes you a great fit?

4–8 years of professional experience

Strong project management experience (complex, cross‐functional initiatives)

Experience managing a portfolio of initiatives or working in a PMO‐like function

Proven ability to drive execution of budget in fast‐paced environments

Understanding of sales funnel and ability to analyse data effectively

Strong business judgement and structured problem‐solving skills

Fluency in English

Background in consulting, strategy, or high‐growth tech/startup environments

Experience in SaaS and/or marketplace business models

Experience owning or significantly contributing to revenue or budget targets

Comfort working with data (SQL/BI knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory)

Experience collaborating with Product, Data, and Go‐to‐Market teams

Nice to have

Ability to estimate impact and build simple financial models

Experience in healthcare or technology environments

Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) or analytical tools (SQL, Python)

Experience working with multicultural, multi‐market organisations

Exposure to pricing & packaging initiatives
