Position overview :
We are seeking an exceptional Luxury Real Estate Sales Agent who aspires to grow even more professionally within one of the most distinguished real estate brands in the world. Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of the Marbella high-end property market.
Proven extensive experience in the real estate sector, especially in Marbella and the Costa del Sol area.
Capacity to build lasting relationships with discerning clients
Advanced English proficiency. Spanish is required, and other languages are a valuable asset.
Adaptability to new technologies and working methods.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and persuasion abilities, with a focus on results and client satisfaction.
Proficiency with digital tools and CRM system
