Administrator of customer accounts (logistic department)

We are looking for a skilled Customer Administrator who will manage customer order portfolios and supervise customer deliveries.

This position is in Seseña (Toledo), so please keep it in mind. There is no option for teleworking. Novares is a manufacturing plant and this role need to be done in plant.


Tareas

Main Missions

1. Manage shipments- Oversee the proper execution of shipments
o Liaise with customers and give advance notification of any anomalies
o Ensure coherence of the order book. If anomalies are detected, notify a senior manager.
o Analyze late deliveries weekly
o Publish results every day, at the end of each week and at the end of each month
o Occasionally print out shipment preparation lists to give to the storekeeper
o Manage stock by checking the various indices during modifications
o Order suitable transportation means
o Update the customer closure calendar daily
o Inform the logistics department or the customer in the event of a non-compliance with production commitments, if there is a risk of delivery interruption
2. 2 - Manage delivery calls
o Check that are correctly integrated
o Retrieve requests from the web
o Input requests that are not in E.D.I.
o Ensure that the order book is kept up-to-date
3. 3 - Help to manage internal and external flows in certain organizations
o Help to create logistics department instruction sheets/procedures
o Report to the logistics manager
o Analyze causes and decide on suitable means and methods required to complete his/her assigned missions
4. 4 - Manage logistic customers claims on Customer web portal

Specific Missions

* Analyze transportation
* Analyze transportation costs
* Check transportation invoices, check discrepancies, and validate the authorization for payment
* Organize different transportation and manage internal shuttle buses
* Print prep


Requisitos

Responsibilities in terms of Information Security

* RISK ANALYSIS/USING FEEDBACK/PROBLEM SOLVING METHODS
* ENGLISH OR OTHER LANGUAGE
* INFORMATION FLOWS (synchronous or otherwise)
* REGULATIONS OF TRANSPORT
* CUSTOMER BASELINES AND PORTALS
* SAP
* TOOL AND APPLICATION OF MANAGEMENT BAR CODE
* SUPPLY CHAIN PRINCIPLES & PACKAGING

Esta posición se localizará en la planta de Novares _ Seseña. ZONA SUR de la Comunidad de Madrid. Será necesario disponer de vehículo propio para poder acceder a las instalaciones.

El trabajo se realizará en jornada partida de lunes a viernes, de manera presencial.
