GlobalM is a talent consultancy partnering with high-growth SaaS companies through an embedded recruitment model. We work closely with founders and GTM leaders to help scale revenue teams quickly and effectively.
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with strong Sales / GTM hiring experience to support SaaS clients scaling in Barcelona.
What you'll do
* Lead end-to-end GTM recruitment for high-growth SaaS clients
* Scale Sales, AE, SDR, Account Management, and Solutions teams in Barcelona
* Partner closely with GTM leaders and founders as a trusted hiring advisor
* Build proactive pipelines and headhunt top-performing talent
* Manage interviews, offers, and candidate experience end to end
* Use data and reporting to ensure a transparent, high-quality hiring process
What we're looking for
* 4–5+ years of experience in sales / GTM recruitment
* Proven track record of scaling GTM teams in Barcelona within SaaS
* Strong communication skills with a solid understanding of GTM operations
* Comfortable operating in hyper-growth environments
* Confident engaging and influencing senior GTM stakeholders
* Based in Spain (hybrid working model)
