The mission of the Customer Success Specialist is to provide new customers with a seamless Avature onboarding experience. They act as advisors, guiding clients closely to become effective and autonomous users of the system.Your challenges and objectives- Develop relationships that promote retention and loyalty, maintaining an ongoing communication with the customer and the assigned internal stakeholders, from contract signing through account stability.- Accelerate system adoption through ongoing guidance and preparation, in collaboration with different internal Avature teams.- Facilitate a seamless handover process among internal stakeholders to optimize interactions with customers.Your day-to-day activities- Act as the main point of contact for customers and liaison between different Avature teams.- Align expectations with the customer at every stage and make sure information flows smoothly across teams.- Ensure customers are equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to get the most out of Avature.- Work closely with internal stakeholders, maintaining information consistency and goal alignment.- Bring client feedback on existing processes to Avature teams and raise issues as required for resolution or escalation.About you- English proficiency is a must.- Resourceful and proactive.- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.- Sound decision-making and organizational skills.- Previous experience in customer-facing roles and project management.- Knowledge of implementation processes in the SaaS industry is a plus.About usAvature is a market leading enterprise SaaS Solution provider for global talent acquisition and talent management.
