What you'll be doing
* Build and manage your own sales pipeline in Switzerland
* Prospect via calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach
* Run consultative sales conversations
* Own the full cycle: from first contact to closing
* Develop and grow long-term client relationships
* Collaborate with internal teams to maximize results
What we're looking for
* 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (strong juniors also considered)
* Proven track record of hitting targets
* Experience in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments
* Strong hunter mindset, proactive and resilient
Languages:
* French (C2)
* English (C1)
* German (B2) is a plus or strong Swiss market experience
Compensation structure
* Base salary: €2,800 – €4,000/month
* Uncapped commission: directly linked to performance
* Quarterly bonus
