We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our Finance department. This is your chance to work in a #1 health-tech scale-up where your work and results are highly impactful.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets.
* Develop and implement cost control measures to improve efficiency.
* Conduct financial risk assessments and suggest mitigation strategies.
* Review and approve transactions to ensure compliance.
* Support FP&A process development and implementation.
* Collaborate with department heads for financial insights and decision-making.
* Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
* Consolidate and report costs according to team requirements.
* Improve control processes for data accuracy and efficiency.
* Support stakeholders with ad-hoc requests.
* Engage in diverse finance topics and foster continuous learning.
Requirements:
* 6+ years of experience as a Financial Controller.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
* Fluent in English.
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a large-scale global company or Big 4 firms.
* Deep knowledge of IFRS and/or Spanish GAAP.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset: willing to take ownership and work proactively.
