What you'll be doing:
Lead and develop a high-performing team dedicated to achieving aggressive growth targets in the B2C travel insurance market.
Design and execute a comprehensive growth strategy leveraging cutting-edge tools, platforms, and cross-country best practices.
Manage and optimize paid media investments and collaborations with multiple providers to maximize ROI and accelerate customer acquisition.
Build a robust ecosystem of internal and external partners, fostering collaboration across teams, countries, and functions to unlock new growth opportunities.
Implement a fast-paced test-and-learn approach, continuously iterating to improve performance, customer experience, and profitability.
Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs, contributing to the development and evolution of insurance products tailored for digital channels.
Drive data-driven decision making by leveraging analytics and insights to inform strategy, improve processes, and optimize results.
Balance growth ambitions with product profitability, ensuring sustainable and controlled expansion.
Report directly to senior leadership, providing visibility into progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations to achieve double-digit growth.
What you'll bring:
+10 years of experience in similar roles and activities
+15 years of experience around digital marketing and/or eCommerce
+5 years of experience in large, complex, multinational, multicounty, matrixial organizations
Familiar with best practices as well as with last innovations and trends
Ability to stay up to date in such fast-changing discipline to look ahead of the challenges to come
Strong expertise in SEO (content and technical), SEM, affiliation, social marketing, mail marketing, influences campaigns
Strong expertise in main traffic generation platforms from Meta, Google, Bing and others
Strong background on analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Piwik/Matomo and others
Experience in A/B testing and testing driven decision making
Strategic thinking & planning, systemic / big picture approach
Strong writing and presentation skills
Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff
Capacity to adapt quickly to changes and learn in all circumstances
Disciplined in the execution and ability to synthesize
English and Spanish language: professional working proficiency
Valuable languages: French
