with strong strategic vision and a results-driven mindset to lead the international expansion of a fast-growing health-tech company. We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking, operational execution and inspiring leadership, with solid experience in B2B SaaS environments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimising the global commercial strategy, leading the growth of international sales and partner teams, and accelerating market penetration worldwide.
Main Responsibilities
Define and execute the global commercial strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
Design and structure the international commercial organisation (direct sales, partners, channels).
Identify market opportunities in regions such as Europe, LATAM, Middle East, etc.
Align marketing, sales and product strategies to maximise demand generation.
Lead the commercial transformation towards scalable models, clear processes and robust metrics.
Lead, develop and motivate a high-performance, results-oriented team.
Establish commercial OKRs and KPIs and ensure rigorous performance tracking.
Drive acquisition of major accounts (hospitals, clinics, insurers, public administrations).
Negotiate strategic agreements with partners, distributors and corporate allies.
Oversee pricing, forecasting, pipeline management and revenue operations.
Represent the company at international fairs, congresses and industry events.
Requirements
10+ years of experience leading commercial or business development teams in B2B SaaS.
Proven experience in internationalisation and multi-country go-to-market strategies.
Experience managing multicultural teams (sales, marketing, customer success).
Advanced English.
Based in Barcelona.
