As an IT Business Analyst / Business Services Consultant – Sales & Marketing, you will play a key role in ensuring that our global sales and marketing processes are supported by efficient, user‑friendly, and stable solutions (ERP, CRM, Commerce), with a strong focus on continuous improvement, process optimization, and business alignment.
Responsibilities
Analyze incoming questions, incidents, and requests from business departments, providing structured and solution‑oriented support to general key users.
Investigate issues by reviewing data, processes, and system behavior, and working together with stakeholders to identify solutions, explanations, or workarounds.
Act as the link between business stakeholders and software development teams, gathering and translating business needs into clear system requirements.
Design functional solutions, including feasibility checks, specifications, process documentation, and configuration descriptions in alignment with team input and share understanding.
Perform system configuration and support implementation, ensuring alignment with agreed solution designs.
Prepare and execute test cases, support user acceptance testing, and collaborate with process owners to ensure quality through structured validation and documentation.
