Overview
The successful candidate will be accountable for maximizing sales of our brands in the defined territory. He / she will develop, implement, and adjust required account- and / or brand plans to reach sales targets based on customer insights and in accordance with the set strategy for our SC brands. Additionally, they will develop & manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and initiate and lead customer activities and sales / marketing projects in the territory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement plans to secure sales targets
* Acquire relevant knowledge of the marketplace for our brands in the territory. Gather and interpret data and insights through customer and stakeholder interactions and other sources.
* Identify and assess market opportunities and decide on tactics in collaboration with the local team to maximize business opportunities.
* Share and communicate market knowledge and customer insights internally with team members.
* Lead and execute the account plan, revising it as needed in collaboration with the cross-functional team.
* Analyze and follow-up on sales activities and spending.
* Ensure all activities and face-to-face interactions align with SOBI's values, behaviors, and comply with corporate rules and local regulations.
Customer contact for our brands in the territory
* Initiate and execute customer activities.
* Identify and interact with Key Opinion Leaders and other relevant stakeholders.
* Share best practice initiatives.
* The geographical area covered is: Zona Norte (Pas Vasco / Cantabria / Navarra y La Rioja).
Qualifications
Required:
* Academic medical or paramedical education or experience from similar positions.
Work Experience
* Minimum of 2 years experience in Nephrology & Hematology marketing or sales; highly desirable.
* Experience in customer relationship management.
* Medicine account management with demonstrable success.
* Self-starter, positive thinker, with excellent social and negotiation skills.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Proven track record in successful selling.
* Knowledge of local health systems and decision-making processes.
* Good understanding of the local market, including healthcare mechanisms.
* Pre-launch and launch experience is an advantage.
Skills / Knowledge
* Results-oriented with a focus on HCPs and patient needs in Nephrology & Hematology.
* Team player capable of implementing Sobi's commercial strategy within key accounts.
* Effective communication skills to build trustful relationships with key accounts.
* Knowledge of local health systems and decision processes.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Additional Information
* This role is primarily office-based; occasional travel for meetings, training, or congresses may be required.
* Flexibility to work during weekends and bank holidays when necessary is essential.
