About the Role
As a Business Development Consultant & Growth Partner, you will be the driving force behind Turacoz’s expansion into the Spanish and broader European life sciences markets. This position is designed for a self-driven professional who can bridge the gap between high-level scientific services and the strategic needs of Pharma, Biotech, and Medtech leaders.
Leveraging your native Spanish fluency and industry expertise, you will engage senior stakeholders across Medical Affairs, RWE, and Clinical Development to position Turacoz as a premier strategic partner. Your goal is to cultivate high-value relationships, identify emerging market opportunities, and secure qualified exploratory meetings that accelerate our regional growth and cement our footprint in the European medical communications landscape. xhfqzwm
Position: Business Development Consultant & Growth Partner

Experience: 2+ years
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and engage pharma, biotech, and medtech companies across Spain and wider Europe
Drive value-led outreach to Medical Affairs, Medical Excellence, Medical Writing, RWE, and Commercial leaders
Position Turacoz as a strategic partner across the medical affairs value chain
Set up qualified exploratory meetings with senior stakeholders
Support pipeline tracking and market intelligence for the European region
Requirements
Native Spanish speaker with strong business-level English
Proven B2B business development experience within life sciences, pharma, biotech, medtech, or healthcare services
Comfortable engaging senior scientific and medical leadership
Self-driven and confident working in a freelance, remote model
Partner with Turacoz to bring science to life through strategic and evidence-based communication.
