Responsibilities
* Achieve individual annual sales targets by selling to Pharmaceutical clients across the offering suite to attain TCV quotas.
* Develop contacts through extensive external and internal networking for face-to-face meetings to generate leads.
* Lead strategic and large opportunities critical to achieving global plans and financial goals quarterly.
* Coordinate with the wider Real World Late Phase team and sales specialists to drive sales and leverage support.
* Identify and support cross-selling opportunities within IQVIA offerings.
* Build and evolve client-specific account strategies based on current EU client RW ecosystems.
* Engage with C-suite and key influencers within client organizations alongside Global and Real-World Account Directors.
* Perform white space analysis to identify potential opportunities for revenue growth.
* Provide customer feedback to support the development of current and new client-centric solutions.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree with substantial experience in the healthcare industry.
* Proven success in selling directly to Pharmaceutical/Healthcare clients, ideally within Real-World solutions.
* Extensive knowledge of Real-world technology offerings, customer account management, and the pharmaceutical industry.
* Ability to influence senior executives internally and externally.
* Ability to work independently and engage stakeholders across the organization.
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Proven experience with mid-level and high-level contacts.
* Excellent industry awareness and understanding of industry trends.
* Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment.
* Independent and team-oriented work capabilities.
