JCAM is currently recruiting Maintenance Planner to be based in Madrid (MAD), Spain.

Reporting to the Madrid Hangar Manger, the Document Controller will be responsible for:
* Liaising with Planning, Engineering, Quality and Check Supervisors on the printing of aircraft Check Packs.
* Distribution of Check Packs to the relevant maintenance teams.
* Ensuring that all paperwork is scanned, bookmarked, backed up and entered in aircraft records.
* Collating all aircraft paperwork once completed and ensure that it is completed correctly.
* Following up on incomplete / missing paperwork.
* Any other duties / tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous Doc Control experience is an advantage, but not essential.
* Aircraft experience / knowledge is an advantage.
* Working knowledge of AMOS is desirable.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills is essential.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
* Ability to work without direct supervision.
