Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Challenges: Optimize campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Bing, ASA) to maximize web conversions and app installs.
Results-Driven Focus: Key projects include employer sign-ups and in-app actions (CPI/CPA).
Innovation: Design keyword strategies, A/B tests, and advanced analytics to boost ROI.
Collaborative Culture: Work with cross-functional teams (data, creative, marketing) and grow professionally.
Flexibility: Remote model.
Key Requirements:
~4+ years managing large-budget, scalable campaigns.
~ Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
~ Experience in marketplaces, SaaS, or B2B (preferred).
~ Track record in app install campaigns and conversion metrics.
~ Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize strategies.
~ Advanced Spanish (preferred).
