Grow the community with high-quality B2B members (marketers, SDRs, founders, deliverability experts)
Create ongoing engagement: discussions, AMAs, events, expert sessions
Turn the community into a value-driven ecosystem, not just a chat group
Moderate conversations and maintain high-quality standards
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align messaging and feedback loops
Use the community as a source of insights, content, and growth opportunities
3+ years experience in Community, Content, or Growth roles (B2B SaaS preferred)
