We are looking for an HR professional who is passionate about creating the best employee experience, enjoys challenges, and thrives in an international environment. You will be the go-to person for all Talent Management matters, primarily supporting our Barcelona and Vigo offices, while also contributing to global HR projects.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide ongoing guidance to employees regarding policies and procedures.
2. Anticipate, identify, and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues.
3. Act as a coach, providing support and feedback to leaders and employees.
4. Serve as an internal advisor, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
5. Guide employees in line with company policies, advocating for both company and employee concerns.
6. Ensure legal compliance from an HR perspective.
7. Define and maintain compensation and benefits plans for the scope locations.
8. Identify process improvements and develop Talent Management initiatives across Netcentric.
Qualifications:
* Approximately 4 years of experience as an HR Manager with a generalist profile or equivalent in Talent Management in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Experience working in a multicultural environment and within a distributed team.
* Experience in fast-paced IT companies.
* Innovative mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
* Solid knowledge of Spanish labour law is essential; familiarity with other European countries' labour laws is a plus.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish.
* Outstanding communication skills.
* Self-driven, team-oriented, with a positive attitude.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
