This role will support the Enterprise Solutions General FP&A; and Finance Leadership team in providing high quality monthly reporting and analysis; budgeting and forecasting; and management insight, analysis and information. YOU WILL:
Build strong relationships with stakeholders in Operations & Finance.
As part of the FP&A; team, prepare and consolidate business plans, budgets and forecasts for the UK and Europe Page Outsourcing regions and for the global Page Outsourcing and Enterprise Solutions functions, collaborating widely with operations and finance teams and global functional leaders.
Produce monthly/quarterly management reporting, commentary and variance analysis.
Support the Enterprise Solutions FP&A; and Commercial Finance teams in delivering globally consistent reporting at contract and client level.
Manage global in-month sales forecasting for Page Outsourcing.
Become a super-user of the Power BI reporting suite for Page Outsourcing, including delivering user training and scoping and testing enhancements to meet business needs.
Produce other operational and financial analysis, focused on contract performance and delivering business growth, to support the Page Outsourcing and wider Enterprise Solutions Leadership team.
Support Group Finance and the Enterprise Solutions Finance Director with internal/external reporting requirements or queries for Page Outsourcing and Enterprise Solutions.
Support the Enterprise Solutions Finance teams in delivering process improvements and opportunities.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Strong financial and business background.
Experience of working at least 5 years in an FP&A; department (preferably multi-national business).
Strong Excel, Power Point, and financial modelling skills.
Power BI knowledge would be beneficial.
