Role Overview
We are looking for a hands‑on AI Engineer to join a fast‑growing, international tech company and work on cutting‑edge generative AI solutions and intelligent agentic systems. This is not a research role — we’re looking for someone who builds, deploys, and scales real AI products.
What you’ll do

- Design and build end‑to‑end generative AI solutions
- Develop AI agents and RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) pipelines

Senior AI Engineer (Chatbot Developer) – 100% Remote (Spain)
Role Overview
Lead and empower a multicultural team to build conversational AI solutions. Requirements include 5+ years in a similar technical role and experience with Azure, GCP, Python, and agentic AI frameworks.
Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Enterprise Architecture and IT to develop a scalable AI platform strategy.
- Continuously review new LLMs and AI technologies to enhance underlying business cases.
- Collaborate with Global Business Stakeholders and Product Owners to build a pipeline of conversational AI opportunities.
- Oversee technical governance, IT security (SecOps), and ensure all activities align with ethical AI principles.
- Develop and maintain agent logic using frameworks like Google ADK and Agent2Agent.
- Lead successful POCs and pilots to demonstrate technology fit and migrate legacy flows.
- Build reusable modules and integrate tools/APIs with focus on schema definition, error handling, and robustness.
- Define testing strategies and ensure system health through logging, telemetry, and monitoring.
Requirements

- 5+ years in AI Engineering / Software Architecture.
- Proven experience with Azure and GCP.
- Strong Python programming skills and solid software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands‑on experience with Agentic AI and Agentic Frameworks (preferably Google ADK).
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
- Deep knowledge of LLMs and Generative AI.
- Familiarity with production‑grade security, data handling, and compliance best practices.
