Step into a pivotal leadership role shaping CHEP Automotive's European growth strategy - leading a high-performing international team, driving a key account portfolio, and unlocking new opportunities with some of the most influential OEMs and Tier‐1 suppliers in the industry, accelerating commercial growth, and building future‐ready partnerships across a fast‐evolving automotive landscape.Position Purpose The Senior Manager, Key Accounts Europe leads the strategy, commercial performance, and customer intimacy model for CHEP Automotive's key customers across Europe. The role drives revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer-led innovation by building strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders and steering the profitable development of a multi Mio$ portfolio.This role is pivotal in reshaping how CHEP delivers value to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, ensuring readiness for major industry transitions, supply chain transformations, and increasing demand for digital and sustainable solutionsYour mission Own and deliver regional Key Account strategy to achieve growth, profitability, and customer retention targetsIdentify and cultivate new business opportunities through lane expansion and strategic productsBuild strong partnerships with senior customer stakeholders (VP-level and above)Act as the lead escalation point for strategic accounts and drive customer-specific transformation initiativesChampion innovation and sustainability solutions tailored to customer operations and future needsOwn the P&L performance of assigned accounts: revenue, ULP, gross margin, and cash KPIsEstablish data-driven insights to improve financial performance and customer efficiency (dwell times, losses, payment terms)Lead and develop a high-performing Key Account team focused on strategic thinking, commercial excellence, and customer leadershipCo-lead implementation of new customer models (e.g., LCM transitions)Participate in shaping Automotive's European and global strategic directionYour background and skillset Several years regional leadership experience in commercial, strategy, portfolio management, or business excellence roles within complex matrix Automotive organization (OEM or Tier1)Proven track record shaping enterprise-level strategies and delivering cross‐regional transformationsExperience influencing senior executive stakeholders and navigating global customer landscapes (OEM/Tier1)Experience leading multifunctional teams and managing high‐value product/service portfoliosStrategic commercial leadershipAdvanced negotiation & influencing skillsCustomer-centric communication and executive presenceAbility to lead, inspire, and develop teamsAnalytical strength and conceptual problem solvingStrong understanding of Automotive & Supply Chain ecosystems
