Join our Customer Service Hub at our location in Badalona. We are looking for a Customer Billing Analyst to strengthen our team as soon as possible with the following responsibilities :
* Closely collaborating with and supporting the customer service team
* Oversee and complete invoicing for assigned portfolio of consignment accounts
* Collaborate with various stakeholders to quickly resolve customer billing and inventory issues
* Manage inventory reports, analyze and report trends, and properly balance inventory discrepancies
* Process returns and sales adjustments, obtain correct approvals to issue financial credits per the Credit / Debit Memo Policy
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for billing processes and J-Sox compliance
* Support special projects as needed
YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience in order management or a position related to the Order-to-Cash (OTC) area
* Advanced proficiency in SAP R3 and MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting capabilities
* Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple activities
* Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages such as German, French, Italian or Spanish would be a plus
