FUNCTIONS
We're looking for a professional with vision, autonomy, and a desire to continue developing in a dynamic and demanding environment for Revlon's HR department.
* End-to-end selection process management: direct search, screening, interviews, and closing.
* Direct coordination with managers and executives to define and validate key profiles.
* Data analysis, report preparation, and monitoring of area KPIs.
* Participation in fairs, forums and other talent attraction initiatives.
Requirements
* Degree in psychology, labor relations, business administration, etc. Master\'s or postgraduate degree in HR is valued.
* 2-4 years of experience recruiting mid- to senior-level managers in multinational environments (consulting experience is a plus).
* Fluent English.
* Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
* Analytical skills and attention to detail for database maintenance and report preparation.
